Add the icing sugar and starch and knead the dough. If the dough sticks to your hands, you can grease them with sunflower oil. Leave the dough in plastic wrap to rest for about an hour.
2. Sprinkle a little starch over the dough and the surface you will be working on. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 5-7 mm.
