Algis Crafts Recipe: Butter Cookies

Ingredientai:

• 90 g sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 170 g room temperature butter
• 250 g flour
• 1 tsp. cinnamon

Žingsniai:

1. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add the butter and mix. Then add the flour and cinnamon and knead the dough.

2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge to chill for an hour.

3. Using a regular rolling pin, roll out the dough. Then use the Algis Crafts engraved rolling pin to make a pattern by applying even pressure. Cut the cookies with the cookie cutters you like.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes until nicely browned.
