BESCHREIBUNG:
Die Nudelhölzer sind aus Buchenholz handgemacht. Die Maße des Nudelholzes mit den Griffen ist 38 cm Länge, die Walze ist 20 cm, Durchmesser 6 cm.
Wählen Sie bitte beliebige Nudelhölzer mit Muster aus unserem Shop.
Die Lasergravur wird auf dem Nudelholz angebracht und hinterlässt einen deutlichen Abdruck auf dem bearbeiteten Teig. Das Nudelholz wird mit den Händen poliert und mit einem Holzschutz imprägniert, der aus natürlichem Leinöl eigener Fertigung ist. Rollen Sie den Teig zuerst mit einem klassischen Nudelholz aus, anschließend prägen Sie die Muster mit dem Prägenudelholz und stanzen oder schneiden dann die Kekse aus.
Drei unsere Lieblingsrezepte werden hinzugefügt, um gut geprägte Kekse zu bekommen.
